Introducing your child to solids

Introducing an infant to solid food marks an exciting milestone and my goal is to help simplify this process. I provide caregivers of infants aged 6-12 months with evidence based nutritional education and the resources needed to safely introduce their baby to solids and learn about allergy causing foods.

In a 90 minute workshop, I teach the skills required to confidently choose and cook the foods needed to support your baby’s growth and development and raise a competent eater.

Make the first bite the right bite

About me

My name is Maree and I am a university qualified dietitian. As a parent myself, I understand the challenges of introducing solids firsthand and know how daunting it can be sorting through the well-meaning but often conflicting advice from friends, family and social media.

I want to help you create a positive and nourishing start to your child’s food journey and make sure their first bite is the right bite.
